About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regional Sales Director to lead and manage sales drives across the APAC region.


Responsibilities
  • Develop an annual sales strategy and monthly monitoring schedule for sales growth;
  • Establish and generate new sales opportunities using existing and potential customer networks;
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts and transactions, and report on sales metrics;
  • Organise product trials, meetings, demonstrations, and promotions for potential clients and sales opportunities;
  • Plan regional sales budgets and develop sales plans for key accounts and customers in the region;
  • Provide regular sales updates and reports to stakeholders;
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth;

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of relevant sales or account management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant and Meat Processing industries;
  • In-depth knowledge of regional markets and competitors' pricing strategies;
  • Proactive, excellent team player with strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Able to deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs;
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills;
