- Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Process guest payments and handle administrative tasks with attention to detail and professionalism.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource for guests, providing information on hotel facilities and amenities.
- Accommodate both general and unique requests to enhance the guest experience.
- Defuse conflicts or tense situations with guests to maintain a harmonious environment.
Requirements
- Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of OPERA cloud would be an added advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Patience and good listening skills to understand and address guests' needs effectively.
- Flexibility with rotating shifts, including overnight shifts and working on weekdays and public holidays.
