Senior Manager of Sales and Revenue Growth

SAS Institute PTE LTD is seeking a Senior Manager, Education Sales to direct activities of the Education sales team to produce a healthy pipeline, drive sales, build brand recognition for training products and services, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Education Sales team in achieving revenue growth targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the technology industry.
About the RoleThe Senior Manager, Education Sales will be responsible for:
- Directing activities of the Education sales team to achieve revenue growth targets;
- Managing pipeline and monitoring progress towards sales goals;
- Providing timely and accurate forecasting;
- Driving development and implementation of account plans by sales staff;
- Maintaining professional knowledge of SAS products and solutions and Education offerings;
- Attending customer meetings with sales representatives on a regular basis to ensure highest quality delivery of sales and service;
- Responsible for management of the sales team including hiring, performance management, coaching, professional skills development, career progression, and retaining talent;
- Identifying revenue growth opportunities and implementing sales strategies to support them;
- Recommends sales pricing and promotions;
- Oversees leads management and conversion reporting;
- Delivers sales performance reporting to business operations for validation and to finance for processing;
- Provides sales support for sales representatives while serving as escalation point of contact for customers;
- Formulates all sales policies, practices, and procedures;
- Partners closely with other SAS departments.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in Education Sales Management, preferably in the technology industry. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
