Sales and Revenue Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Revenue Growth Manager to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and expanding our market presence.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG, F&B, or related industries. Key responsibilities include generating new sales leads, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets, and identifying and addressing customer needs and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate New Sales:
- Identify and approach new customers.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Building Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Meet customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and address customer needs and concerns.
- Achieve Sales:
- Ensure sales and marketing alignment to drive revenue growth.
- Vegetable Knowledge and Development:
- Identify target customers from FMCG, Hotels, and F&B sectors.
- Familiar with all types of vegetables (training will be provided).
- Reporting and Performance Metrics:
- Track and report sales performance and results.
- Continuously improve sales performance and results.
Requirements for Skills and Qualifications:
- Secondary or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the local vegetable/F&B/FMCG market.
- Experience with sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Multilingual an advantage as this position deals with various stakeholders.
Salary: SGD 5,000 - SGD 7,000 per month
