We are seeking a skilled Sales and Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at HOTEL GRAND PACIFIC.

Job Overview

The Sales and Revenue Growth Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and communication skills to respond to questions and requests. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely completion of sales-related documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point of contact for clients, communicating by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and building trust through effective communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents to clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, leveraging market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, provide training, and develop new skills to enhance overall sales performance.
  • Meet with clients in the absence of senior management, performing hotel site tours and presenting sales materials.
  • Print daily sales reports and submit to senior management for review and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Min GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant experience working in a hotel, clerical, or sales environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Friendly, customer-centric approach with ability to work in a team environment.
  • Short notice or immediate availability is an advantage.
