We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead business growth in the recruitment industry as our Head of Sales. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales skills, strategic insight, and a strong understanding of market dynamics.

About the Role

This senior leadership position involves developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture key client relationships, and collaborate closely with recruitment teams to align on client needs and enhance placement success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and execution.
  • Nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure alignment on client needs and enhance placement success.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the recruitment industry, preferably in sales or 360 Recruitment Consultant roles.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting business objectives.
  • Excellent sales, analytical, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: SGD $120,000 - SGD $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
