We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Leader to drive revenue growth in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives and developing strategies to expand our customer base within the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Mentor and lead a team of sales professionals
  • Establish strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and experience working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You will be comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and have excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of direct sales experience in tech or start-up environment
  • Background in technical applications such as Observability or wider DevOps solutions
  • Experience leading successful sales teams and driving revenue growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

In Singapore, the estimated salary range for this role is SGD 490,000 - SGD 550,000 per annum, with a 50/50 split between basic salary and OTE (On-Target Earnings). Benefits include equity, bonus, and other benefits listed here.
