Strategic Channel Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Channel Development Manager to lead our partner enablement efforts in the Asia region.
Job description- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive partner growth and adoption of our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to identify opportunities and develop joint go-to-market plans.
- Foster strong relationships with key partners, including Value-Added Resellers, Integrators, and Application Service Providers.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance partner competence and support their sales efforts.
- Monitor partner performance, provide regular feedback, and help them achieve their objectives.
- At least 5 years of experience in channel management, sales, or customer success roles within a technology or SaaS company.
- Proven track record of driving partner growth and adoption.
- Strong understanding of the SEA market and ability to work effectively with customers and partners in the region.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Jedox offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and generous vacation time.
