Your leadership will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and delivering profitable results. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive retail and FMCG business plan, aligned with the company's overall objectives. - Drive sales growth and maximize revenue generation through effective strategies and tactics. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors to optimize our market reach. - Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competition to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. - Ensure optimal inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to drive sales and profitability. - Monitor and measure key performance indicators, providing regular reports and insights to the senior management team. Qualifications: - Minimum 5-10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the FMCG industry. - Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving business targets. - Strong knowledge of retail operations, supply chain management, and consumer trends. - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on results and innovation. - Strong commercial acumen and business understanding, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
