Channel Sales Development Manager

Job Summary
The Channel Sales Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing channel sales strategies for Ingersoll Rand's Industrial Technology & Services (ITS) compressed air solutions in Singapore.
This role will act as an interface between Ingersoll Rand and our distributors in Singapore to drive strategic alignment and resolve outstanding challenges relating to sales, service, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and develop new channel partners to expand our sales reach.
- Analyze market trends, customer buying behavior, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product training, and after-sales support to distributors and end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales and service delivery.
- Monitor and report on channel sales activities, sales performance, and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven channel sales experience with industrial products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
