Channel Sales Management Role

Achieving Success through Strategic Channel Management:
  • Evaluate and analyze sales performance of assigned channel partners on a regular basis.
  • Lead and execute sales promotion plans, campaigns, and quantity purchase packages to drive business growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with channel partners and floor sales staff to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Enhance channel partner sales by closely monitoring stock levels and sell-through.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement sales promotion plans and execute joint promotions with channel partners.
  • Provide support for roadshows and events, and assist with stock allocation management.
  • Evaluate and monitor the performance and morale of channel sales staff.
  • Ensure timely submission of credit notes, sales incentives, and sales staff incentives.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a diploma in marketing, business, or a related field and prior experience of 3-5 years in channel management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is required.

Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as adaptability to changing business requirements and market trends, are essential.

Candidates should be self-driven and able to work well in teams and multitask effectively.
