At GXS Bank, we are seeking an exceptional leader to drive the growth and success of our SME Banking business through strategic partnerships.

About the Role

The Head of Channel Management will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion and profitability of our SME Banking operations by developing and executing comprehensive strategies for partnership acquisition and management.

This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in channel management, strategic partnerships, or a related field within the banking or financial services industry. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of SME sectors in Singapore, outstanding relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to diversify SME acquisition channels through partnerships with online aggregators, corporate services providers, referral partners, etc.
  • Oversee the execution of partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value and effective integration.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of all acquisition channels, utilizing data and analytics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Innovate and optimize channel strategies to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, ensuring sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with Retail and SME teams to develop and execute GTM strategies that align with the bank's objectives.
  • Work closely with marketing and related teams to oversee planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns associated with channel initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (at least 10+ years) in strategic partnerships, channel management, or a related role within the banking or financial services industry.
  • In-depth understanding of SME Banking, with a focus on customer acquisition and partnership strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic partnership plans that drive business growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to navigate and partner well with cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and achieving common goals.
  • Strategic thinker with a visionary approach to partnership and channel management.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
