About This Opportunity
Singapore Business Federation (SBF) is seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team. As a Senior Manager/Assistant Director, you will play a critical role in building and strengthening SBF's ties with various counterparts and partners locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop impactful partnership management strategies and implement the implementation of SBF's strategic partnership development plan
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth on-boarding and launch of new partnership initiatives
• Support CEO/Chief Strategic Partnership Officer's engagement of key Government/Business leaders
• Develop and execute sponsorship campaigns for key projects and initiatives under SBF

Requirements:
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant working experience
• Detail oriented and highly organised
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken; including a proven ability to effectively engage stakeholders
• Self-motivated, possess a positive attitude, exemplary work ethic and a collaborative mindset towards teamwork

Salary: SGD $120,000 - SGD $180,000 per annum
