  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of artisan breads, pastries, and sweet and savory baked goods for service.
  • Ensure consistent food quality by supervising food preparation and storage in accordance with food safety standards.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to F&B hygiene policies and procedures.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to optimize food cost and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve productivity and quality targets.
  • Conduct training and orientation for new team members.
  • Assist in team staffing and scheduling.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in the food industry as a Pastry Baker.
  • Hold a Certificate in pastry-making, baking, or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of production routine management.
  • Excellent communication and initiative skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
