About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Leader to join our team at HR AFFILIATES.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving annual sales growth targets by designing and implementing strong growth plans, leading in the development of key accounts and major projects, and expanding Singapore market share within targeted market segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve annual sales growth targets by developing and executing strategic business plans that drive revenue growth.
  • Lead in the development of key accounts and major projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to secure wins and expand market share.
  • Drive continuous improvement of internal sales processes to enhance productivity and efficiency, collaborating with CRM and customer service & operations teams to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales/business development, with a strong understanding of cooling systems/HVAC for data centers.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development, with a strong sales hunting personality, driven and self-starting traits.
  • Strong time management skills, able to multitask and work effectively under tight timelines, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team, with a strategic thinker mindset and strong understanding of customer behaviors, competitor analysis, and market trends.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this role is SGD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
