Siemen Pte Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Strategic Life Science Sales Leader to drive growth within the Life Science/Pharma Industry and the expanding Healthcare industry in Singapore.

Job Description

As a Strategic Life Science Sales Leader, you will be responsible for identifying and developing customer opportunities into successful solutions and services for key accounts. You will have a deep understanding of the local Life Science/Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries, including market dynamics, operational needs, regulatory nuances, and competitive landscape.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team and participate in sales activities, including pre-bid reviews, risk management, bid preparation, and ensuring proper sales-to-project handover of secured orders.
  • Hold responsibility for meeting sales order and revenue targets based on assigned team targets.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, becoming a trusted advisor for our customers and stakeholders in the assigned industries.
  • Understand customer business processes, drivers, and develop strategic account plans to support digital transformation journeys.
  • Growing Share of Wallet: Expand existing and new customer relationships by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our solutions and services business.
  • Articulate Siemens value propositions within the Life Science/Pharma and Healthcare spaces, resonating with diverse stakeholders, focusing on digitalization and sustainability.
  • Adeptly use internal sales tools to maximize sales effectiveness, provide accurate sales forecasting, and enable data-driven decision making.
  • Engage in industry association working groups to develop domain expertise and represent Siemens as a thought leader in the assigned industries.
  • Work closely with relevant internal stakeholders, including Finance and Operations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • More than 5 years of sales experience in any building services, specializing in Life Science/Pharma or Healthcare industries.
  • Strong understanding of design and operational requirements of Life Science/Pharma, including industry standards, critical environment processes, regulations, value chains, etc.
  • Strong relationships with various stakeholders, including end-users, developers, consultants, builders, facilities managers, general/specialist contractors, and related Government agencies.
  • Possess a Degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent.
  • Able to appreciate collaboration and communicate effectively in cross-collaboration opportunities.
  • Growth mindset and consultative selling approach.

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $120,000 - SGD $180,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
