We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Pharmagend Global Medical Services PTE. LTD. This role will focus on developing and executing strategies to grow existing business relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth for the organization.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in a similar senior sales position within the life sciences sector, with a strong track record of success in growing business relationships and driving revenue growth. They will be responsible for collaborating with key account managers to identify new business opportunities, supporting or leading development initiatives, and developing and prioritizing target lists for specific service sales.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic plans to grow existing business relationships and identify new sales opportunities
* Collaborate with key account managers to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
* Support or lead development initiatives of identified new business strategies/opportunities
* Develop and prioritize target lists for specific service sales
* Pursue and open lines of dialogue with prospective clients
* Develop strong relationships with potential client's relevant contact persons and organize visits to their facilities or ours to showcase our capabilities and identify service requirements
* Develop sales performance metrics based on organisation service prices and cost structure approach
* Secure positions to tender or quote for upcoming work with new potential and existing clients
* Ensure timely preparation of proposals for our CDMO & CMO services and efficient conclusion of manufacturing service agreement
Requirements
* Excellent verbal/written communication and technical presentation skills
* Interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of management, consultants, and clients
* Results-focused, commercially aware, creatively able to understand clients' and organisation operational requirements
* Ability to develop innovative solutions for clients and have a strong aptitude to convert strategy into results for the organisation
* Ability to travel, present, and promote capabilities, express initiatives, and foster effective positive communication between clients and the organisation
What We Offer
* Competitive salary range: SGD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
