Strategic Account Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our team at AIA Singapore Private Limited. This role will play a critical part in driving business growth and delivering exceptional value to our clients.
About the RoleThe Strategic Account Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth from existing client relationships. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify opportunities and develop targeted plans to pursue them.
You will have a deep understanding of our clients' needs and be able to leverage this knowledge to develop compelling value propositions that meet their evolving requirements.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth from existing client relationships
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop targeted plans to pursue them
- Develop deep understanding of clients' needs and leverage this knowledge to develop compelling value propositions
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role or in a related field such as sales, marketing, or product development
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
We offer a competitive salary package, which includes a base salary of SGD $120,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits.
