Strategic Sales Growth Manager

We are a leading hotel in the heart of Singapore, known for our exceptional service and luxurious accommodations.
Job Title: Strategic Sales Growth ManagerSalary: SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annumJob DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities:- Establish a regular call pattern with principals of target markets to drive sales growth.
- Forecast, analyse and report individual sales results to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and review rate structures and conditions applicable to various market segments based on market feedback and conditions.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required to track progress and performance.
- Liaise closely with other departments within the hotel to ensure efficient and regular communication of sales activities.
- Actively source new accounts and develop existing accounts to meet the yield objective of the hotel from these market segments.
- Assist the Director of Sales in developing and implementing strategic sales plans applicable to market segments under their responsibilities.
- Maintain regular contact including site inspections and sales calls with key contacts in the appropriate market segments.
- Negotiation skills to secure deals and manage relationships.
- Account management skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Leadership skills to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze data and create reports.
