Strategic Account Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our team at LMA Recruitment Singapore PTE. LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills to make a real impact on our company's growth. You will work closely with our clients to understand their staffing needs and develop strategic account plans to achieve mutually beneficial goals. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth through effective account management, prospecting, and relationship-building strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive account plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Nurture and grow existing client relationships by understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prospect for new business opportunities through effective outreach, networking, and relationship-building strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of account plans and achievement of sales objectives.
- Analyze customer requirements and provide innovative solutions to meet their needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior leaders to ensure alignment and progress towards shared goals.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or account management, preferably in a service industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Experience with strategic account planning and execution.
- Prior experience in sales or account management is essential.
