At PREMIUM CONCRETE PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Growth Specialist to join our team.

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $80,000 to $110,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven professional who can build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, and lead sales efforts to close deals.

The successful candidate will have a diploma/degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field, as well as minimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing key accounts or strategic clients.

  • Possess own transport vehicle.
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field is often required.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing key accounts or strategic clients.

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, market research skills, lead generation skills, and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will be able to articulate their ideas clearly and provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights to management.

Responsibilities
  1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth.
  2. Developing strategic account plans to meet sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
  3. Leading sales efforts with key clients, including presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  4. Conducting thorough needs assessments and understanding the business challenges and goals of key clients.
  5. Coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to key clients.
  6. Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities within existing key accounts.
  7. Addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the client relationship.
  8. Providing regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights to management.
  9. Continuously seeking ways to enhance client relationships and improve sales processes.
Requirements
  • Diploma/ Degree in Business Adminstration, Marketing, sales or related field is often required.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing key accounts or strategic clients.
  • Posses own transport vehicle.
