Job Description

This role involves identifying new business opportunities, qualifying inbound and outbound sales leads, and collaborating with the Sales team to penetrate key accounts and drive engagement in target sectors. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of sales processes and product offerings, ensuring effective client needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities aligned with company objectives and growth strategy.
  • Conduct customer calls to assess potential opportunities and set up introductory meetings for the Sales team.
  • Cultivate early-stage opportunities to build a future pipeline and contribute to long-term business growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of lead and prospect activities to ensure streamlined lead management.
  • Meet or exceed monthly opportunity quotas and performance metrics established by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the technology sector.
  • Proven experience in building pipelines and qualifying leads, with a focus on areas such as automation, robotics, and software solutions for industrial applications.
