Senior Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Advance. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and building strong relationships with our strategic clients.
About the Role:
- Forge long-lasting relationships with our most valuable clients, understanding their needs and goals to deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide expert technical assistance, support, and training sessions to empower clients with product knowledge and best practices.
- Continuously monitor account performance, adapting strategies to achieve maximum success and develop strategic account plans that align with client and company objectives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling innovative products and services, staying ahead of the curve with deep knowledge of our product features, updates, and industry trends.
- Communicate effectively with senior management on account progress and strategic initiatives.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management, strategic account management, or a similar role.
- Strong technical background with the ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts.
- Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts.
- Commercial knowledge related to pricing, contracts, and business development.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client engagement.
- Open to travel for business requirements.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location. This is a unique opportunity to grow your career and contribute to the success of our company.
