Sales and Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Account Growth Specialist to join our Account Management & Customer Success team. This role will focus on driving account expansion and customer success through strategic planning, excellent communication, and a client-first attitude.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or business development, with experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. They will be proficient in using CRM software, such as Salesforce, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, they will be interested in financial markets, particularly private equity and venture capital.
As a Sales and Account Growth Specialist, you will work closely with our Account Managers to develop and implement strategies for growing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities. You will be responsible for achieving demo volume goals, providing exceptional customer experiences, and managing your pipeline efficiently. Your ability to operate with a strong sense of urgency and deliver results will be essential in this role.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes private medical insurance, additional medical wellness incentives, and private life insurance. We also provide generous vacation days, sick days, and volunteer days, as well as robust training programs on industry and soft skills.
We believe that our business and culture thrive when we work together in person. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and offer a remote work option for some roles. Most positions require working in the office 3+ days/week, with some requiring full-time presence. The current expectation for this role is 4+ days/week, with full-time presence during the initial training period.
