Senior Strategic Account Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our team at Similarweb. As a key member of our Strategic team, you will be responsible for developing and executing long-term growth strategies for our most important regional customers.
About the RoleIn this role, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop tailored strategies to drive revenue expansion. You will be responsible for managing relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and users to increase engagement and product adoption.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute long-term growth strategies for key regional accounts
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to drive revenue growth and expansion
- Identify and lead up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to drive new business growth
- Collaborate with the Strategic Sales team to ensure a collaborative client experience and account expansion
- Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall engagement
- 7+ years of experience in sales, account management, or other customer-facing commercial roles
- Proven experience navigating renewals and up-sells (SaaS/Digital background preferred)
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing and/or analytics space
- Experience with large multinational accounts given the global remit of the role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence, confidently handle objections, and resolve customer issues
- Experience in presenting to and interacting with senior management of prospect organizations
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
