We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our Revenue team at Xtremax. As a key member of our fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will work closely with the Partnership, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to generate sales leads. Your responsibilities will include building business development pipelines, identifying opportunities, and engaging with key prospects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a territory plan with clear account prioritization
  • Building relationships with multiple stakeholders and influencers across customers' organizations
  • Uncovering customers' pressures, challenges, and priorities to effectively position our offering
  • Participating in pricing and tender/proposal reviews with senior management
  • Possessing a thorough knowledge of the market and the solutions and services provided by Xtremax

Requirements for the role include:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience
  • Impressive track record in B2B or B2G sales with established connections in the relevant sector
  • History of successfully developing and maintaining senior client relationships
  • Demonstrating good empathy and listening skills
  • A highly self-motivated and independent individual with excellent interpersonal skills
  • A team player willing to work for the success of the team and its goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
