Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document filing, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and other accounting-related documents.
  • Handle basic accounting tasks, including reconciling transactions and updating financial records.
  • Support payroll processing, including data collection, verification, and timely submission.
  • Maintain and organize office records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with external vendors or clients.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative and accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in administrative work, accounting, or payroll is preferred.
  • Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) is an advantage.
    Knowledge of payroll systems and processes is a plus.
    Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
    Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attributes:Reliable, proactive, and a team player.
    Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools or processes.

Working Hours: Full Time and Part Time roles available
Location: Full Remote Work
