About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with expertise in construction and life science industries. As a Strategic Financial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic guidance to top management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and expansion.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate submission of tax returns as required.
  • Manage and mentor the Finance Team to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong background in construction and life science industries.
  • Proven track record of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, including SFRS, and project accounting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is SGD $120,000 per annum, plus benefits.
