**Job Description:**

A Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and maximizing sales opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of sales experience in machine/equipment sales and a strong working knowledge of industrial lenses, cameras, and optical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop existing customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new market leads and potentials for Factory Automation (FA) projects, as well as Smart-Factory & AI Platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Office to create sales strategies and plans.
  • Interpret customer requirements, translate them into sales plans and proposals, and follow up on customer enquiries.
  • Conduct sales presentations and business visitations in Singapore and overseas.
  • Promote the integration of FA & AI and introduce company engineering capabilities to potential customers.
  • Report and establish counter plans to the Sales Office during crisis situations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in machine/equipment sales.
  • Preferably a mechanical background or experience with factory automation projects and processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of industrial lenses, cameras, and optical applications.
  • Excellent sales presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel locally and overseas for business purposes.
