**Team Purpose:
The role Reports to the Global Director of Pre-sales with a dotted line to the Regional MD - APAC

The Pre-Sales team is as an autonomous function specifically tasked to work alongside the regional Business Development and support the qualification and design of innovative solutions to customers business needs.

The Solution Design team are the main contributor to Business opportunities and work alongside the Global portfolio team, who continuously define and drive portfolio improvement as Getronics leverages its Global capabilities, as well as those of its GWA partners, in continuously improving its relevance to the Business community.

**Role Purpose:
The Pre-Sales Lead will build strong relationships with all of the regional Business development leads and work in collaboration to technically and commercial qualify potential opportunities for outsourcing and managed service solutions that enable Getronics to win new business and retain existing customers through renewals, drive growth and will therefore be an integral part of the Business Development function.

**Responsibilities/Accountability:
Pre-Sales Leads will be expected to fulfil the following responsibilities:

- Work with Business Development in proposing proactive customer engagements outside of customer buying processes.
- Work collaboratively with customers to ascertain buying criteria and analyse business strategies translating them into potential architecture and designs.
- Analyse and breakdown customer RFP and RFI’s
- Be a key member of regional management team supporting the Regional MD
- On occasions work as part of the bid team for each customer opportunity working in close partnership with the Business development lead, Architects, Bid Manager, and the pricing Consultant.
- Own the initial Solution engagement ensuring that customer requirements are met or exceeded.
- Provide ideas on innovation to differentiate Getronics solutions from competitors.
- Create presentation material and lead customer presentations and workshops to collaboratively build solutions with the customer.
- Author solution documents and contribute to Bid responses.
- Be a key contributor to costs and occasionally own the financial model.
- Support the development of new products and services in collaboration with the Portfolio teams.

- Experience of presenting detailed Business cases at board level
- Good market knowledge within business sectors including competitor offerings.
- Proven experience of working on deals of €0.5m - €20m+ TCV
- Demonstrable experience of multi-country deals
- Excellent presentation skills with advanced understanding of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Financial fluency which includes working with P&L, TCO, ROI, cost analysis, and financial statements
- Commercial knowledge - contractual & TUPE awareness.
- Experience of working on multiple customer engagements
