Singapore NEWAY VALVE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Position Description**

This position is responsible for sales growth of all **NEWAY®**products business within the stated region for NEWAY with direct responsibility for distributors/agents in the region.

**Main Responsibilities**

**Specific Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strategic level relationships with mainly new and to some extend with existing customers
- Visit potential customers to for new business prospect
- Develop profitable new business and growing share in the existing customer base
- Meet a defined sales target to achieve and operate within established policy guidelines
- Maintain and develop existing customers through high levels of service in order to expand and strengthen the relationship
- Manage (complex) sales cycles from lead to closure
- Coordinate complex cross divisional sales projects
- Prepare and implement business plan
- Act as a senior contact between Neway Valve and customers
- Communicate customer needs and requirements to internal departments
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Gather leads and market /customer information
- Regularly update in sales administration tools

**Qualifications/Requirement.**
- Diploma /Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree required.
- At least 3-5 years of sales engineering experience in Oil & Gas industries/ EPC within SEA regions.
- Excellent communications and coordination skills and a motivated team player with clear leadership, strategic planning and execution skills.
- Proficient with computers, Microsoft software and ERP System.
- Good communication skill, presentation skills and able to liaise with factory.
- Fluent in English both in speaking and writing.
