Regional Channel Sales Manager - Singapore
Summary
Airswift is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for an Industrial Power Protection Solutions MNC.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in channel sales and partner management within the UPS/Power Protection Market to be capable in driving revenue and market presence regionally across APAC and ANZ.

This role sits in Singapore and reports directly to the Global Sales Director.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible to front the business to manage existing channel partners, develop new business opportunities and ventures, managing the P&L of the Regional Business reporting to the leadership team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and spearhead the Sales Strategy plans within APAC and assigned regions.
  • Development of sales through existing channels and new partners through objective collaboration.
  • Defining KPI and partner metrics, working with internal Marketing, Order Fulfilment and After Sales team to drive partner satisfaction.
  • Negotiate, manage, renew and review of Channel Partner contracts as required to achieve set out deliverables and forecasted Annual Sales Targets.
  • Own the P&L and Revenue Target Annually through proper channel management and effective sales strategies through the APAC-ANZ regions.
Job Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales/channel sales experience in a regional remit.
  • Good track record of achieving set out metrics and sales targets within the Power Protection/UPS industry.
  • Having an extensive network within the UPS/Power Protection industry is highly appreciated.
  • Proven track record in a client-facing role and working independently with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of channel/partner management and achieving KPIs.
  • Proven track record of successful channel partner development.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a client-focused approach with excellent business acumen.
