The Regional Sales Manager position is based in Hyderabad and requires a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the building materials industry. The ideal candidate should possess detailed knowledge of the Hyderabad, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh markets, having worked in these regions for at least 8 years. Responsibilities include generating and closing sales leads to contribute to the company's revenue growth. The Regional Sales Manager will be accountable for the development, implementation, and assessment of the sales strategy. Strong management and coaching skills are essential to support the sales team's learning and professional growth.This is a full-time position with benefits such as Provident Fund and a day shift schedule. A performance bonus may also be provided based on achievements. The preferred educational qualification is a Bachelor's degree or similar. The ideal candidate should have a total of 10 years of work experience with a minimum of 8 years in building material sales. Proficiency in English is preferred. The work location is on-site.,
