This position is responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve Group financial targets and hit sales targets, build relationships and understand customer trends.

Job Descriptions:

- Achieve sales targets set by the Group by successfully managing and supervising regional sales.
- Analyse, develop and implement strategic sales plan to drive traffic and prepare required forecasts for management.
- Expand company’s customer base and convert potential consumers to brand loyalists.
- Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of regional sales representatives.
- Present regional monthly sales report to management by giving insights and analysis with counter proposed sales plan if necessary to meet the market needs.
- Maintain a strong brand reputation in the marketplace.
- Work with leadership to ensure sales/regulatory compliance.
- Support regional account relationships and fundraising activities.
- Grow, support and develop distribution and sales channels.
- Provide training to regional distributors and retail on products.
- Attend industry trade events along with networking opportunities and other relevant meetings in person when required.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant industry sales experience and leading a regional or global team is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services. Proven ability to position products against competitors.
- Strong project management and people management.
- Oversee the marketing department and guide its day-to-day operations.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Creative, energetic with deep analytical skills.
- International mindset, familiar with working in diversity environment.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Driven with excellent communication skills.
