Senior Regional Sales Engineer

A Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and maximizing sales opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop existing customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new market leads and potentials for Factory Automation (FA) projects, as well as Smart-Factory & AI Platforms.
- Collaborate with the Sales Office to create sales strategies and plans.
- Interpret customer requirements, translate them into sales plans and proposals, and follow up on customer enquiries.
- Conduct sales presentations and business visitations in Singapore and overseas.
- Promote the integration of FA & AI and introduce company engineering capabilities to potential customers.
- Report and establish counter plans to the Sales Office during crisis situations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in machine/equipment sales.
- Preferably a mechanical background or experience with factory automation projects and processes.
- Strong working knowledge of industrial lenses, cameras, and optical applications.
- Excellent sales presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel locally and overseas for business purposes.
