- Lead and motivate a sales team to ensure they are performing at their best.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment in sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on regional sales performance, progress against targets, and market trends.
