Senior Regional Sales Executive

Job Title:
Regional Growth StrategistWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead regional growth initiatives for a specialty chemical product line across Southeast Asia.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business development and revenue growth, as well as developing and implementing effective sales strategies in line with global objectives.
- Drive business development and revenue growth across Southeast Asia for a key specialty chemical product line.
- Develop and implement sales strategies in line with global objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with key customers and stakeholders in the region.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to optimize sales performance and pricing approaches.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth coordination of supply chain, pricing, logistics, and after-sales support.
- Deliver regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in B2B sales or business development within the chemicals or materials industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the Southeast Asia region and beyond.
