Role Description:
This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of digital health solutions, making a tangible impact on the way healthcare is delivered. You'll lead our sales strategy, targeting healthcare providers to adopt our platform, thereby enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.
The Regional Sales Leader will directly report to our CEO and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets within your region.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including hospital and primary care group executives.
- Understand customer needs and market trends, providing feedback to our product development team to ensure our solutions remain at the cutting edge.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing training and support.
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns that resonate with our healthcare audience.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years in managing enterprise sales teams in complex IT product and/or services sales cycles across the APAC region with a proven track record of quota achievement
- Prior experience selling digital health, healthcare analytics solutions, and clinical decision support software is considered a plus.
- Experience managing channel partners
- Demonstrated success in consistently overachieving quarterly and annual quota targets
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, account planning, and forecasting, alongside a deep understanding of value-based selling principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to the C-suite
- Proven ability to foster teamwork and collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive results
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
