Roles & Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

  • Planning & achieving sales objectives & monthly sales target
  • Able to present and introduce product/ services with in-depth knowledge
  • Liaise with affiliates to grow new sales and provide technical support, as and when required
  • Pre-sales preparation such as preparing project budgetary prices, quotations, costings, completion of technical specifications, delivering catalogues and engineering data to affiliates
  • Prepare sales and delivery order, update delivery schedule and ensure goods are delivered on schedule, as and when required
  • Handle affiliates complaints and subsequently coordinate and follow up with internal departments to resolve issues
  • Manage good customer relationship with existing clients
  • Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or relevant
  • Proactive and influential personality with ability to persuade and drive decisions
  • Ablility to create and deliver compelling presentations
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to travel within APEC (latin US, Europe, Pacific) 30%
