Contact Centre Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled Contact Centre Service Manager to oversee the contact centre support requirements for various HPB programmes and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding service delivery standards and contributing towards shaping customer interactions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a contact centre environment, with a proven track record of improving operational efficiency and service delivery. They should also possess strong background in system enhancement planning and project management for contact centre technologies and workflow improvements.
The role involves managing process improvement projects relating to the CRM system, working closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met, and implementing system solutions. The candidate will also provide first-level support of system updates and updates to system users on system changes.
In addition, they will support the training database and self-help knowledge base by updating content for agents and citizens. The successful candidate must be able to multitask and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
