We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer for Contact Centre and Business Segments to join our team at Maybank. In this role, you will be responsible for developing training methods through the identification of training needs and providing training solutions to Contact Centre and Business segments.
Responsibilities:- Developing training materials for customer service and sales staff
- Collaborating with line managers and stakeholders in the identification of training needs
- Providing training for new and existing staff in CFS
- Reviewing product information from stakeholders and ensuring that information is sufficient for updating to KBS
The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with 2 years in a managerial position. Certification in Learning/Training is preferred.
