Roles & Responsibilities

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Sunday, including Public Holidays
  • 4-hour shifts: 9 AM – 1 PM or 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Minimum 5 working days per week, including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Contact Centre duties, responding to customer inquiries via calls or messages
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Initiate follow-up calls to confirm details and address customer concerns efficiently

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a Contact Centre, Banking, or Customer Service environment is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional tone
  • Ability to articulate information clearly and effectively to customers
