Job Description

The Customer Experience Leader will lead our contact centre operations, overseeing day-to-day activities, team management, and strategic initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.


Key Accountabilities
  • Manage and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements
  • Minimum Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of successful team leadership and customer relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
