Job Description
The Customer Experience Leader will lead our contact centre operations, overseeing day-to-day activities, team management, and strategic initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record of successful team leadership and customer relationship management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
