About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Distribution Sales Manager to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing partners and channels to drive market leadership and sustainable business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive Specifications and Sales activities effectively to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop effective go-to-market strategies to deliver sales goals and growth aligned with the Company's strategic view.
  • Manage MWB-Specification with distributors/project partners to drive Specification as a key differentiator.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Engineering or equivalent to at least 10 years of relevant working experience in the construction and building environment.
  • Proven sales track record in Sales and Channel Management in the related industry.
