**Responsibilities:
1. To build regional channel system and development structure, set level management and motivation policy and strategy, complete regional channel target.
2. To set and implement channel management and motivation policy, improve and manage relevant process.
3. To develop and maintain channel customers.
4. To set channel sales toolkit, solution scheme etc, and organize training and promotion.
5. To conduct training, provide guidance and support to channel staff within the region.
6. To cooperate with solution team, product team and service team to provide service and support to channel partners and customers.
7. To handle other channels and key account related matters.
**Requirements:
1. Experience in developing and implementing channel strategies, preferably in the EV industry
2. Strong project management and analytical skills
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
