**Job Purpose**:
To manage and grow revenue through the company’s network of channel partners, including resellers, system integrators, and distributors, in alignment with the company’s sales strategies and objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, manage, and expand relationships with existing and new channel partners in assigned territories.
- Identify and onboard new partners to expand channel footprint and market coverage.
- Drive sales through partners to meet or exceed sales targets for products and services.
- Provide partners with product training, sales enablement tools, and marketing support.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., product, marketing, presales) to support partner-led business opportunities.
- Monitor partner performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to improve results.
- Ensure partners adhere to company policies, pricing models, and brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular business reviews and planning sessions with channel partners.
- Handle escalations and resolve conflicts with or among partners.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT channel sales, preferably in software, hardware, cloud, or cybersecurity sectors.
- Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner ecosystems.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel as required.
