
Channel Manager

Key Responsibilities:• Manage the day-to-day operations of channel partners in the ASEAN region.• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective channel partners, including key personnel.• Field and route all inbound interest from partners.• Develop pipeline and strategies for new customer acquisition.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on activities such as messaging, marketing, training, campaigns, webinars, and events.• Design and execute GTM plans with partners to achieve or exceed targets.• Include other ISV partners in partnership strategy.• Assist partners with product positioning, sales strategy, and deal closing strategies.• Resolve deal registration conflicts between JumpCloud teams and partner teams.• Ensure partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements.• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partners' executive teams.Our Ideal Candidate:• 2-4 years of experience working with channel partners in the ASEAN region.• Proven success in building revenue-generating partnerships with reseller partners.• Demonstrated ability to build partnerships from the ground up, not just manage pre-existing relationships.• Knowledgeable in security or other infrastructure SaaS products.• Success in achieving or overachieving revenue and growth targets.• Alignment with JumpCloud's values and work ethic.Preferred Qualifications:• Self-starter with ability to work independently.• Experience working with identity and access management solutions.• Previous experience in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.• Experience in a similar role.• Bachelor's Degree.Why Join Our Team?JumpCloud is committed to being Remote First, allowing you to work remotely within your country.
