Role Overview
The Channel Account Manager executes the company strategy and solution offerings through existing and new channel partners. The role is specific to the channel and Panduit business, which may include distributors, system integrators (SIs), installers and contractors, and Value Added Resellers (VARs) within a broad geographic area. The goal is to build awareness of Panduit's products and solutions, educate partners on leveraging these offerings, secure preference for Panduit products, and motivate partners to promote Panduit on discretionary business. The CAM may manage more than one channel partner, especially in regional roles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, expand, and develop focus business segments to achieve sales targets within assigned geographical areas.
Conduct market research in Singapore, develop programs with focus distributors, and continuously develop the channel partner ecosystem.
Enable and execute new channel partner acquisition, onboarding, training, and co-development of business opportunities through channel programs, promotions, and enablement policies.
Manage distributor relationships through project registration and foster strong relationships between channel partners and our distributors.
Drive market share growth, displace competitive products, and facilitate business processes with channel partners to improve profitability and ensure alignment with Panduit's business focus.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in ICT or related fields.
Experience in e-commerce is advantageous.
Prior experience as an account manager or channel account manager in an IT distribution company with nationwide coverage is preferred.
Excellent relationship-building and persuasive skills.
Ability to develop, manage, and maintain local channel programs under the regional HQ's umbrella.
