Job Description
- Manage a network of Distribution Partners in Southe East Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan
- Build and maintain close relations with the management and sales teams of the Distribution Partners
- Communicate closely with the GM Singapore and the Global Channel Manager in the US
- Develop and execute a business plan to achieve the revenue and growth goals for Channel/Distribution Partners in the assigned territory.
- Assess Partner performance using sophisticated data analytics and identify areas for potential growth
- Identify and evaluate new Distribution Partners to address new markets or to replace underperforming Partners.
- Ensure all Channel/Distribution Partners meet contractual obligations
- Organize and participate in regional technical and sales trainings.
- Collaborate with US-based and local marketing teams to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy appropriate for all the regions
- Attend and ensure NEB presence at relevant industry and academic-focused conferences.
- Build relations with KOLS and Industry leaders in the specified regionsEnsure strong links across the Distribution Partner network for sharing of best practices
- Ensure the NEB Brand is represented appropriately within each country
- Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Technical Support and Sales staff in the US to ensure Distribution Partners have up to date Product information.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc and 3-5 years experience in the mol biology industry
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
