Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior Compensation Officer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits, with hands-on experience in payroll management. Responsibilities include overseeing the processing of approximately 500 headcounts, ensuring timely and accurate payroll transactions, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee payroll processing for an approximate 500+ headcounts
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, and statutory reporting
  • Maintain employee records and leave administration within the HR system
  • Ensure employee benefits including claims and reimbursements as per guidelines and regulations

Requirements:

The successful candidate should possess at least a Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources and minimum 3 years' experience in Human Resources and Compensation & Benefit function with hands-on payroll experience. Proficiency in HRMS (Prosoft) is a must. Strong numeric, analytical mind, and ability to multi-task are essential.
